Kochi Biennale Foundation presents ‘LET’S TALK’ Sponsored by Kirloskar

Pune : The Kochi Biennale Foundation’s acclaimed ‘Let’s Talk’ platform is coming to Pune for the first time, brought to the city by the Kirloskar Group in association with the Kochi Biennale Foundation. The event will bring together leading artists, curators and cultural thinkers for conversations on contemporary art, artistic practice and the evolving cultural landscape across the globe.

The Pune edition will feature Kader Attia, curator of the seventh edition of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale; Jitish Kallat, President of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale; and Mario D’Souza, Director of Programmes at the Kochi Biennale Foundation. The conversations will explore the intersections of art, history, memory and society, the  role of cultural platforms in shaping artistic discourse, and the evolving contemporary art ecosystem.

Kader Attia is an artist, curator, and a professor at HfbK Hamburg. Born in Dugny, France, in 1970, he is internationally recognised for a practice that engages deeply with questions of history, memory, repair, and the enduring legacies of colonialism. Working across installation, sculpture, film, and archival research, Attia has developed a body of work that brings together artistic, anthropological, and philosophical inquiry.

The event offers art enthusiasts, students, practitioners and members of Pune’s cultural community an opportunity to engage with some of the leading voices in contemporary art. PIC has appealed to all art and music lovers to attend and enjoy the event in large numbers.
