Important Meeting Between Pune Petrol Dealers Association and Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar — Immediate Police Support Assured for Crime-Affected Petrol Pumps

The President of the Pune Petrol Dealers Association, Mr. Amanullah Khan, along with the Association’s Spokesperson Mr. Ali Daruwala, held a highly productive meeting today with Pune City Police Commissioner Mr. Amitesh Kumar.

The Association discussed the rising incidents of crime and security concerns at several petrol pumps across the city. Responding with great seriousness and urgency, the Police Commissioner addressed the issue within just five minutes and assured that immediate police assistance will be provided to all crime-affected petrol pumps.

Due to the ongoing CNG shortage, several petrol pumps in Pune have been working under tremendous pressure. The Association will soon submit a complete list of these affected pumps to the police administration.

Following this positive intervention, Association President Mr. Amanullah Khan has decided to withdraw the earlier call for shutting down petrol pumps with immediate effect.
