NATIONWIDE DLC CAMPAIGN 4.0 FOR SPARSH PENSIONERS

Ministry of Defence has launched a nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 from 1^st November 2025 to 30^th Nov 2025 for facilitation of real time Life Certificate for SPARSH Pensioners at more than 400 Departmental Service Centers and through 4.5 lakhs Common Service Centers.  Under the guidance of CGDA, New Delhi , office of the Principal Controller of Defence Account (Southern Command), Pune has launched the campaign for the Defence pensioners and their families residing at PUNE and outskirts. Identification of AADHAR linked SPARSH pensioners will be done through Jeevan Pramman in real time. Pensioners whose AADHAR is not linked thus far will also be assisted to LINK and UPDATE their AADHAR with their SPARSH PPO. SPARSH Service Centre at PCDA(SC) has provided Special attention for Super Senior Pensioner (Citizens of 80 years & above), Family Pensioners and Disabled Pensioners. Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Southern Command) Shri C.Zothankhuma, IDAS has appealed to pensioners to make this campaign a grand success.
