8th Foundation Day of Shyam Global Technoventures Celebrated with Enthusiasm

A person’s true potential is tested during times of crisis. Transforming challenges into opportunities is the real key to success, said Narendra Goyal, Director of Shyam Global Technoventures, a leading company in the generator manufacturing sector in the country.
He was speaking at the event आयोजित on the occasion of the company’s 8th Foundation Day. On this occasion, Senior General Manager of Mahindra, Ankur Srivastava, General Manager (Product Management) Amit Desai, Mahesh Sarvankar, Operations Head of Shyam Global Gulshan Khajuria, Director Ruchi Goyal, along with several dignitaries, were present. Key Mahindra genset distributors from across the state, along with company employees and officials, attended the event in large numbers with their families.
Over the past eight years, the company has witnessed several ups and downs. Today, Shyam Global Technoventures has established itself among the top five generator manufacturing companies in the country. Along with generator manufacturing, the company is expanding into other sectors as well. Keeping in mind the parking challenges in cities like Pune, the company is working on developing a 16-storey automated parking system using advanced technology, informed Goyal.
He further added that the company is also manufacturing robots for a US-based PR Robotics company and exporting them internationally.
Starting with just seven employees, the company has achieved remarkable growth in a short span of eight years and now employs over 300 people. The company has set a target to triple its business in the next three to five years, he stated.
Director Ruchi Goyal said, “Employees are the greatest strength of the company. We focus on maintaining a balance between professional and personal relationships. Every employee is an integral part of the Shyam Global family.”
On this occasion, the dignitaries appreciated the company’s success and extended their best wishes for its bright future. Employees and their families also enjoyed various entertainment activities during the event.
